So far, so good.

 So far in TPTE I think things are going great! I have added quite a few tools to my teacher tool box and I feel more confident in creating and incorporating resources in the classroom. The only part I thing I was like to change is how to stay organized for the class. I am glad we are exploring so many things but doing it all at once it a bit overwhelming! Could we keep a running list on Blackboard of what we have covered so far? Or do you have a suggestion of how I could make a list for myself? It helps me stay organized when I know what we've covered and I know what is ahead of me. 

I think having today as a catch up day will be very helpful!

Web 2.0 Project: Wordle

Today, Kati and I presented Wordle to the class!

Wordle is a great resource to use when presenting a collection or overview of information. It is simple to use and provides and interesting visual for all ages of students. To introduce Wordle to the class, we used our Wiki page and asked classmates to follow along. After running through the site, Kati and I led the class in creating our own Wordle. We asked for each person's concentration area then imputed the information to the Wordle site. This is what as created!
